Rainbow Brights And Rub-On Transfers

Hi everyone! This week I bring you a page made primarily with 49 and Market products. I absolutely love their new Spectrum Gardenia collection and all its bright colors. I picked up several items from this collection and used them with some products from the Viken collection which I already had.

I started with a piece of Euphoria paper from the Spectrum Gardenia 12 X 12 paper pack. These papers are double sided which makes me a little sad because they are so pretty that I want to be able to use all the sides! I used a frame from the Viken laser cut elements pack along with some tags from the ephemera bits pack. I also added some Rouge film strips and some bits of baker’s twine.

I used a dinner plate and stenciled around it to make a circular guide for my wreath. I then arranged laser cut leaves along the penciled line, using both adhesive tabs and foam tape to create alternating dimensions. I also added in some Spectrum Gardenia butterfly rub-on transfers and some paper flowers and brads by Recollections. Lastly, I added some glittery alpha stickers by The Paper Studio for my title.

This page was created for sketch 568 at Sketches in Thyme. I knew the circular wreath featured in this sketch would be a perfect change to use the laser cut leaf elements I had just bought. I moved my title since I wasn’t sure if it would fit within the circle.

This page was also created for the 3 in a Row challenge over at A Cherry on Top. I used:

  • Ribbon or Twine

  • Free Space

  • Title with a Number

That’s all for this week. I can’t believe we are already halfway through June! There are so many scrapbook challenges around the web that I still want to participate in. Hopefully I will be back ASAP with a whole new page!
