Using Double-Sided Paper
Hi scrappers! This week I bring you another pet-centric memory page featuring my kitty Jupiter sunbathing. This page turned out pretty simple without a ton of products or details, but the double-sided paper I used was so busy that I kept it simple to let the paper shine.
I made the double-sided Tag paper by Echo Park Paper Company my focal point. I knew I wanted to use both sides and cut the 12 X 12 paper down into two smaller rectangles. I also had enough paper left over to make a little tag using my Marvy Uchida lever punch.I arranged everything on some basic blue cardstock and used a large leftover scrap of orange paper as a backing for my three photos. I believe this paper originally came from the Rock Out paper stack by Prima. I added a large cat sticker by recollections and stickers from both the Sticko Animals sticker book and The Happy Planner’s Rainbow sticker book. Bits of ribbon both threaded through the tag and along the right side of the page add the final touches.
This page was created for the June Sketch with a Twist challenge at Cherry on Top. The twist this month was to use ribbon or twine.
That’s all for now. June comes to a close soon so I’m hoping to be back with one more page before the end of the month. I will see you all soon!
